Step 1: Cleanliness is Key

Step 2: Check the Lens
Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Ensure it forms a perfect 'U' shape (bowl shape). If the edges flare out, it's inside out.
Step 3: Insertion
Use your middle finger to pull down your lower eyelid. Look up, gently place the lens on the lower part of your eye, and slowly blink to center it.
Step 4: Care & Storage
After removal, clean your lenses with a high-quality multi-purpose solution and store them in a clean lens case. Replace the solution daily. (Never use tap water).
